2. No Refund for Completed Reports
Once a vehicle inspection or history report has been successfully generated and delivered to you (via email, download, or on-screen view), no refund will be issued.
This is because:
- The report is a digital product that cannot be returned once delivered.
- Our system incurs costs to retrieve and compile vehicle data.
3. When a Refund May Be Issued
Refunds are only granted in the following cases:
- You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
- A technical error prevented the report from being generated.
- You received an incorrect or unrelated vehicle report due to a system error.
In such cases, our support team will verify your claim before processing any refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
